No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or failure to show up (no-show) are not eligible for a refund.

2. Early Departures

Guests who choose to check out before the scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund for the unused portion of their stay.

3. Booking Modifications

We allow one free modification of dates, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance and subject to availability.
Subsequent changes or short-notice changes (less than 48 hours) may incur a rescheduling fee or may not be accommodated.

4. Force Majeure

In the event of cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control (e.g., serious illness, travel bans, natural disasters), we may offer a full or partial refund or credit for a future stay at our sole discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.
